Global Recycling Day
On 18 March 2022, we celebrate World Recycling Day.
This day was established in 1994 by the Bureau of International Recycling (BIR). Its aim is to raise public awareness of the importance of recycling.
In 2021, EASY CLÉS décide de collaborer avec UNISOAP.
UNISOAP es la 1ª asociación francesa cuya misión es reciclar los jabones sólidos usados procedentes de los alquileres de vacaciones y los hoteles para facilitar a los más desfavorecidos el acceso a la higiene.
El objetivo es transformar estos residuos en recursos para quienes los necesitan.

FROM COLLECTION TO DISTRIBUTION:
- COLLECTION :
Used soaps are collected by the EASY CLÉS cleaning team and then stored in cardboard boxes.
Once the maximum storage capacity has been reached, the UNISOAP association takes care of all the logistics involved in transporting the soaps to the recycling centre.
- RECYCLING :
The entire recycling process is carried out in the same centre. From storage to packaging, including sorting, cleaning and recycling, this process is fully adapted to disabled workers.
Cosmetics experts assist the entire team in complying with hygiene standards.
- DISTRIBUTION :
Once the recycling process has been completed, the soaps are given a new life and donated to local associations and people in need.

- ENVIRONMENT:
Acting for the environment by reducing soap waste from holiday rentals and hotels in France.
- HUMANITARIAN:
Giving disadvantaged people in France access to hygiene via partner associations.
- SOCIAL :
To create jobs for disabled workers by recycling soap in an ESAT.
