Much of your time here will no doubt be spent in the garden, eating, relaxing or enjoying the lovely pool. And if you rather prefer swimming in the ocean, there are many other local beaches that you can drive to (Senix, Lafitenia).
The panoramic view over the mountains is one of this property’s biggest assets. The house and garden have been designed to make outdoor living easy and ensure that guests enjoy the stunning backdrop whether they are inside or out.
The company of Jane & Jim, the two affectionate donkeys of the enclosure will delight children and adults alike.
The ground floor comprises an Arty entry hall opening into the living room and fourteen-person dining area.
A spacious, decorated and fully-fitted kitchen lends itself to mingling and preparing meals to be shared together.
The adjoining partly shaded terrace allows you to fully enjoy the view and the swimming pool at any time of the day with family or friends.
- Two en-suite bedrooms, one with an additional single bed, are located at both ends of the Villa.

Check-in are scheduled in the afternoon from 4 p.m.
Check-out are scheduled in the morning until 10 a.m
During your booking, a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stay will be requested as validation.
If your arrival is within 30 days of your booking date, a full payment will be required.
The signing of the rental contract containing all the elements relating to your stay will then be sent to you by email along with additional information.
In case of non-payment of the balance within the time limits indicated, Easy clés reserves the right to consider the reservation request as void and to apply the cancellation conditions provided for and defined below accordingly.

TOURIST TAX:
This tax, collected on behalf of the municipalities, is included in our rates. Since January 1, 2019, it has been calculated according to the municipalities where the accommodation is located and the amount paid per night and per adults.
Easy Clés reserves the right to retain the deposit in the event of cancellation by the tenant:
- 50% refund if the cancellation happens 1 month or more before your arrival.
- No deposit refund if the cancellation happens less than 1 month before your arrival.
- The owner has to give all the deposit back if he is the one cancelling the booking.
In order to have the most enjoyable stay and hygiene and safety conditions respected by everyone, we will kindly ask you to read those instructions :
Each accommodation is rented for a specific period defined in your rental contract. Under no circumstances, a tenant be able to claim any right to remain in the premises outside this period.
This accommodation is rented furnished including linens, sheets and bathroom rugs. The beds are prepared before your arrival.
You will find a starter set of products (paper towel, washing-up liquid, sponge, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, shower gel, salt & pepper and oils) in each of our rentals.
Please respect the tranquility of the place; the sound volume inside and outside the property must be contained to respect the quietness of the neighborhood. In the event of conflict or complaint, we reserve the right to excluse the tenants causing the trouble.
Pets are not allowed in our accommodations.
