Booking conditions

Arrivals / Departures

Check-in are scheduled in the afternoon from 4 p.m

Check-out are scheduled in the morning until 10 a.m

Booking condition: Minimum stay

During your booking, a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stay will be requested as validation.

If your arrival is within 30 days of your booking date, a full payment will be required.

The signing of the rental contract containing all the elements relating to your stay will then be sent to you by email along with additional information.

In case of non-payment of the balance within the time limits indicated, Easy clés reserves the right to consider the reservation request as void and to apply the cancellation conditions provided for and defined below accordingly.

Payment of your stay

Our prices are all taxes included and include :

  • The provision of accommodation
  • Charges (water, electricity, heating)
  • Tourist tax - calculated according to the scales indicated by the State

  • The final cleaning


Please respect the maximum capacity of people dedicated to the rental.


TOURIST TAX:

This tax, collected on behalf of the municipalities, is included in our rates. Since January 1, 2019, it has been calculated according to the municipalities where the accommodation is located and the amount paid per night and per adults.


Cancellation conditions

Easy Clés reserves the right to retain the deposit in the event of cancellation by the tenant:

- 50% refund if the cancellation happens 1 month or more before your arrival.

- No deposit refund if the cancellation happens less than 1 month before your arrival.

- The owner has to give all the deposit back if he is the one cancelling the booking.

In order to have the most enjoyable stay and hygiene and safety conditions respected by everyone, we will kindly ask you to read those instructions :


Rental period

Each accommodation is rented for a specific period defined in your rental contract. Under no circumstances, a tenant be able to claim any right to remain in the premises outside this period.


Check-in / Check-out
  • Check-in are scheduled in the afternoon from 4 p.m.
  • Check-out are scheduled in the morning until 10 a.m.


Provided Service and Furniture 

This accommodation is rented furnished including linens, sheets and bathroom rugs. The beds are prepared before your arrival.

You will find a starter set of products (paper towel, washing-up liquid, sponge, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, shower gel, salt & pepper and oils) in each of our rentals.


Use of the leased premises
  • All the furniture is at your disposal subject to normal and reasonable use. Please keep them in good condition and be sure to notify us of any inconvenience.
  • The consumption of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to be as environmentally friendly as possible, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, avoid letting the water flow unnecessarily, and close doors and windows if you are using the heating.
  • Each entrance door is equipped with a key lock. Make sure to close the doors when leaving the premises. You are responsible for any theft and any damage in the event of non-compliance with this clause.


Safety instructions

Please respect the tranquility of the place; the sound volume inside and outside the property must be contained to respect the quietness of the neighborhood. In the event of conflict or complaint, we reserve the right to excluse the tenants causing the trouble.

  • For the respect of the neighborhood, loud noise its forbidden in the evening after 11 p.m. and before 8 a.m.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
  • In case of emergency, please call the 18 for the firefighters, 15 for the emergency services, 17 for the police.


Cleaning fees
A final cleaning is included in the stay subject to a minimum respect of the places.
Please take care not to leave the accommodation in disorder. Tidying up of crockery and dishes, emptying the fridge and bins are highly recommended.
For any minuse, additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the deposit.


Household waste
The household instructions are specified to you on your arrival.
Please respect the sorting rules. At your departure, please leave the bins empty cans and clean.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our accommodations.


In case of trouble
  • In case of breakdown or dysfunction, please contact us immediately, we will do our best to fix it. We won't refund any bill without our prior consent.
  • In case of loss or deterioration of equipments and appliances, the deposit may be reduced in order to cover the cost of restoration.

  • Sheets and towels are included. Their renewal is priced as per: 

- 25€ Large bed set

- 20€ Small bed set

- 15€/ per person for a towels kit (one large & one small)


  • Possibility to have your groceries delivered before your arrival and plan your touristic activities.
