This charming Basque house to rent between Arcangues and Saint-Pée-sur Nivelle is the perfect spot for holidays with family or friends on the Basque Coast.
The house has very beautiful volumes, it is about 180 sqm on two floors, it can accommodate up to 8 persons.
Just renovated and equipped with quality materials, the soft colors and boheme style will plunge you directly into a vacation atmosphere.
The door crossed, the entrance reveals in continuity the large living room bathed in light with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with large windows opening onto the terrace.
Its breathtaking view of the basque countryside aspires to moments of tranquility and contemplation from the terrace and will be the best spot for enjoying your meals.
A double bedroom and a bunk bed bedroom plus a shower room with toilets complete this level.
The first floor is composed of two large double bedrooms sharing a bathroom (bath, shower).
On the lower level you will find a laundry room as well as a studio-type with kitchen / bathroom but also a real leisure area.
Outside, you will enjoy a perfectly maintained garden of 1000 m2, a charming secure swimming pool with summer lounge. Not to mention plancha and barbecue, a must have on holiday !

Check-in are scheduled in the afternoon from 4 p.m.
Check-out are scheduled in the morning until 10 a.m
During your booking, a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stay will be requested as validation.
If your arrival is within 30 days of your booking date, a full payment will be required.
The signing of the rental contract containing all the elements relating to your stay will then be sent to you by email along with additional information.
In case of non-payment of the balance within the time limits indicated, Easy clés reserves the right to consider the reservation request as void and to apply the cancellation conditions provided for and defined below accordingly.

TOURIST TAX:
This tax, collected on behalf of the municipalities, is included in our rates. Since January 1, 2019, it has been calculated according to the municipalities where the accommodation is located and the amount paid per night and per adults.
Easy Clés reserves the right to retain the deposit in the event of cancellation by the tenant:
- 50% refund if the cancellation happens 1 month or more before your arrival.
- No deposit refund if the cancellation happens less than 1 month before your arrival.
- The owner has to give all the deposit back if he is the one cancelling the booking.
In order to have the most enjoyable stay and hygiene and safety conditions respected by everyone, we will kindly ask you to read those instructions :
Each accommodation is rented for a specific period defined in your rental contract. Under no circumstances, a tenant be able to claim any right to remain in the premises outside this period.
This accommodation is rented furnished including linens, sheets and bathroom rugs. The beds are prepared before your arrival.
You will find a starter set of products (paper towel, washing-up liquid, sponge, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, shower gel, salt & pepper and oils) in each of our rentals.
Please respect the tranquility of the place; the sound volume inside and outside the property must be contained to respect the quietness of the neighborhood. In the event of conflict or complaint, we reserve the right to excluse the tenants causing the trouble.
Pets are not allowed in our accommodations.
