Rates applicable from 1 January 2024
For a sale price less than or equal to €80,000: €8,000 all-inclusive fee.
For a sale price between € 80001 and € 150000: € 10,000 all-inclusive fee.
For a sale price between €1,501 and €400,000: 6% of the sale price, inclusive of tax.
For a sale price between €400001 and €99999: 5.5% of the sale price, inclusive of tax.
For a sale price of €100,000 or more: 5% of the sale price, inclusive of tax.
Non-cumulative principle: the application of the fees for one price bracket is exclusive of the other brackets.
Our fees are immediately payable on the day the sale is effectively concluded and recorded in a single written deed containing the commitment of the parties. The Buyer is liable for the fees, unless otherwise stipulated in the mandate.
